DocxConvert provides free online document and image conversion tools, including but not limited to: DOCX to PDF conversion, PDF to DOCX conversion, image compression, and image to PDF conversion. These tools are provided free of charge "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The majority of our tools process files entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript technology. This means your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly stated (such as the PDF to DOCX conversion tool). We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any file conversion performed by our Service.

Users retain full ownership of their intellectual material. All files uploaded, processed, or converted through DocxConvert remain the exclusive property of the user. We do not claim any ownership, rights, or license to the content of your files. We do not access, review, analyze, or store the content of files processed through our client-side tools.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to process any files through our Service, and that doing so does not violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You shall not use our Service to process files that you do not have the legal right to modify or convert.

The DocxConvert name, logo, website design, and all associated branding elements are the intellectual property of DocxConvert and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You expressly understand and agree that DocxConvert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if DocxConvert has been advised of the possibility of such damages). Users are strongly advised to maintain backup copies of all files before using any conversion tool. The Service is provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole means of document conversion for critical or irreplaceable files.

We strive to maintain the availability of our Service at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
